Creating an intimate and sensitive dialogue with the natural world is the main
focus of my art and design practice. Exploratory and experimental nature of
my work leads into projects that are research-based, concept-driven and
process-focused with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Deploying design as an investigative tool, I experiment with different materials,
processes and methodologies to create systems and strategies that become
avenues for innovative and novel form making. Researching through design,
I embark on each project from an abstract ground and I often end up in a space
tied to the real world through physical realization, problem solving and thought
provocation. Themes present in my work are full system thinking, bio-materials
research, traditional ecological knowledge and regenerative design.
